Intro to Kundalini Yoga
Think of it as 'Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Light'. Same great transformational class, only we go a bit easier on you. Topics covered include pranayam, basic postures, mantra, meditation, yogic terms and yogic lifestyle tips. Suitable for beginners and students of any level who wish to refresh their memory with the basics of Kundalini Yoga and enjoy a great Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class. (p.s. you do not have to attend the Intro class if you are a beginner. Come to any class any time... Kundalini Yoga is designed for all levels. If you are a long time practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, you will still enjoy this class!)
Naam Yoga & Meditation
Naam Yoga is the practice of opening the heart, increasing intuition, and stimulating self-healing of the body and mind. Naam Yoga brings together many of the world's oldest and finest traditions. Yoga, meaning to yoke or to bind, is a system of uniting one's individual consciousness with Universal consciousness. Naam Yoga is a unique culmination of ancient eastern technologies, such as Kundalini yoga and Chinese medicine, along with Divine Spiritual Wisdom of the west, which helps to understand and work with the laws of the universe.
Your Naam Yoga practice will cultivate the fearlessness to face negativity and transmute it into positivity for yourself, others and the situations that you face.

Shakti Naam Yoga & Meditation
Shakti Naam Yoga is an ancient practice that works to bring out the best version of each
and every person who embraces it. It is a form of yoga that is
accessible to all levels and ages. It is referred to as a
'fountain of youth' that works to vitalize and harmonize the endocrine,
neural and immune systems. In a Shakti Naam class, you will move through a series of seated and standing postures, incorporating breathwork,
stretching, mantras and hand mudras.
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or new to yoga, this class offers a solid practice for your pregnancy and beyond. With a focus on strong foundation and technique, you will move safely throughout the changes of pregnancy and after. We will build strength, endurance, flexibility, and resilience in the body to help prepare you for childbirth and recovery. All pregnant people are welcome in a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space.
Chanting with the Soul
A Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class centered around a 6 week series using a selected mantra. There will be light Kundalini Yoga and a gong relaxation in each class. Focusing on one mantra for an extended time offers an opportunity to become familiar and connect deeper with the mantras of Kundalini Yoga. Feel the power of mantra and what it can do to empower and change your life. Bridge the power of chanting with the Soul for a deeper union and connection to GOD and Self. Drop in to this class at any time.
Although, truly, the Tao cannot be spoken of, or comprehended with our normal thinking mind, the Tao is the Unspeakable,
Great One. In the teachings of the Tao, warmth, joy, and laughter are the basis of all spiritual life. Holding the space of equal
and unconditional acceptance for all that arises in our life experiences is a powerful tool we use in Taoist yoga. This is also
known as forgiveness. Forgiveness is giving, and giving this gift to ourselves can be the hardest thing to do sometimes.
In this case, we will be planting seeds for deep self-healing, self-trst, and self-love. Our intention and attention are the most
important pieces in all we do. The intention and attention of this class will be to merge with the Divine so that all creatures
and creation may benefit. (You will be mostly standing in this class, so if ground sitting is a challenge for you, this class is
a great choice.) Open to all.
Recovery Rising is a unique six-week series that utilizes Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to address the physiological and
energetic imbalances that keep one in a state of addiction, low self esteem, obsessive- compulsive tendencies, shame,
blame, inner anger, and a lack of self-love. In addition to yoga, Recover Rising students also participate in a weekly sacred
support circle. This safe circle gives students the opportunity to build up trust and provide support to one another while
going through the Recovery Rising journey together. During the series students are also provided with the time and space
to explore self-esteem building techniques, inner child discovery, positive affirmations, free form dance, journaling,
guided meditations, painting and more. Recovery Rising aims to provide students with a variety of tools and ideas to
