Doing sadhana in a group develops group consciousness.

The Aquarian Sadhana prepares our psyches to excel in the new environments that are already upon us as well as those coming in future decades. It develops our intuition, stamina, and self-awareness to face the current challenges of information overload, globalization, environmental changes, and the list goes on. 

It attunes the gunas, balances the tattvas, chakras, and your mind to the change of the Age. It builds intuition, stamina (both physical and mental) self-awareness, and a new depth of spiritual experience that can hold our identity in the face of these relentless changes that are upon us. The Aquarian Sadhana is practiced by Kundalini Yoga communities across the world. One of the many gifts of doing sadhana in group is that it amplifies the impact of the yoga and meditation. 

5am - *Japji Sahib recititation 
5:25 - Kundalini Yoga Kriya
6:10 - One hour of Aquarian Sadhana Mantras
7:15 - Yogi Tea + vegetarian potluck breakfast 

Please cover your head with a scarf, turban, or beanie and arrive quietely. Bring a yoga mat and cushion. If you do not have one, we have extra mats to loan.
