Elements and Alchemy of Kundalini Yoga is a segment in the 1,000 hour International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training and is open to all certified Kundalini Yoga teachers.
This is the course to take if you want to know how Kundalini Yoga works.
In this 6-day energetic training full of “Aha!” moments, you will discover, explore and experience how each unique element of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation works and how these form an alchemy of transformation.

About Dr. Japa Kaur Khalsa, DOM
Dr. Khalsa travels and teaches internationally as a Professional Teacher Trainer for Kundalini Yoga, as co-author of Enlightened Bodies, she brings an awareness of the human body’s potential to self heal in her work.
Her studies of energy medicine, yoga and herbal medicine and their role in modern healthcare began 20 years ago after her graduation from Northwestern University with a Bachelor’s of Science. She earned her next degree as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. She has a special alignment with women’s health; supporting all women to be empowered through meditation, yoga and the use of specific herbs to support a woman’s health through all the times of her life.
As Development Chair for the Guru Ram Das Center of Medicine & Humanology, she advocates for Kundalini Yoga Therapy as a low cost, low risk healthcare intervention with positive, no side effect outcomes for the patient.
As a second generation physician, Dr. Khalsa’s life mission is to empower each person to feel the interconnection with all the Universe and to tap into the healing power inherent in each one of us.
