We will be operating at 50% capacity. Please see our schedule to sign up for your favorite classes (AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE CLASS STARTS).



If you have any reason to believe you may be sick, have been in contact with someone who was sick, or are *particularly vulnerable, please stay home.

Please bring your own props to class (including mat, blanket, pillow, etc). We will no longer have these items available for use. 



Please wash your hands upon entering the studio. There will be sanitizing wipes available in multiple locations around the studio. We will also be diffusing anti-viral + anti-bacterial essential oils in the space.
