Topics covered include pranayam, basic postures, mantra, meditation, yogic terms and yogic lifestyle tips. Suitable for beginners and students of any level who wish to refresh their memory with the basics of Kundalini Yoga and enjoy a great Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class. (p.s. you do not have to attend the Intro class if you are a beginner. Come to any class any time... Kundalini Yoga is designed for all levels. If you are a long time practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, you will still enjoy this class!)

Yoga, meaning to yoke or to bind, is a system of uniting one's individual consciousness with Universal consciousness. Naam Yoga is a unique culmination of ancient eastern technologies, such as Kundalini yoga and Chinese medicine, along with Divine Spiritual Wisdom of the west, which helps to understand and work with the laws of the universe.

Kundalini Meditations is a meditation only class that utilizes a host of powerful Kundalini Yoga Meditation techniques to balance the chakras, clear subconscious blocks, connect with Divinity, reduce stress, etc. Participants can perform these meditations on the mat or in a chair. The benefits of meditation are well known and the profound transformations possible through meditation make it the tool of choice for serious students. If you are not making the inner progress that you know is possible then join us for what could be an elevating experience that may help you to establish a daily meditation practice. This class is by donation (or class pass).
Prosperity can mean different things at different times in our lives, however, ultimately, prosperity is being in the flow. It is most natural when a human being is comfortably sitting within a balanced state of giving and receiving, and there is plenty of energy at our access right when we need it.
This prosperity meditation was given by Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan, to activate the source of infinity within. It is practiced in a supportive, group environment, and is open to anyone who feels called to join. Many pop in to check it out, and some attend weekly. For the first few minutes, those who have been practicing the meditation regularly are encouraged to share their experience, and those who are new can listen and gain inspiration. We spend a total of 11 minutes meditating, and all are encouraged to take this practice home to experience the deepest possible effects.
Yin yoga offers a meditative approach to asana. In this slow-paced class, you will hold poses for a longer period of time. This process deepens the effects of the postures, which targets the connective tissues (that are less frequently exercised). Yin will teach you how to quietly let go, bringing more mobility and lubrication to stiff joints, creating flexibility physically and emotionally.

Experience Hatha sessions inspired by Swami Satchidananda of Integral Yoga, that bring more space into your body and mind and allow you to experience your full potential. The Oneness Blessing (Deeksha) is offered every Sunday evening by Mary Crnobori and Jill Spencer. It is considered a non-denominational experience that awakens our connection with the oneness in everything, allowing each of us to deepen our relationship with those we love, with ourselves, with strangers and with our creator.
The Oneness Blessing is also found to help in the healing of the body and in the discharge of repetitive emotional patterns, resulting in greater ease and comfort with oneself. In relationships it enables a greater sensitivity and connectedness with the other, freeing you from the limitations of your judgments and conditioning. Success and prosperity begins with consciousness – a capacity to expand your horizon of thinking and an understanding of the universe around you, the principles governing you. Open to everyone!
