Intro to Kundalini Yoga

​Think of it as 'Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Light'. Same great transformational class, only we go a bit easier on you. Topics covered include pranayam, basic postures, mantra, meditation, yogic terms and yogic lifestyle tips.   Suitable for beginners and students of any level who wish to refresh their memory with the basics of Kundalini Yoga and enjoy a great Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class. (p.s. you do not have to attend the Intro class if you are a beginner. Come to any class any time... Kundalini Yoga is designed for all levels.  If you are a long time practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, you will still enjoy this class!)​

Recovery Rising

Recovery Rising is a unique experience that utilizes Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to address the physiological and energetic imbalances that keep one in a state of addiction, low self esteem, obsessive- compulsive tendencies, shame, blame, inner anger, and a lack of self-love. In addition to yoga, Recover Rising students also participate in a weekly sacred support circle. This safe circle gives students the opportunity to build up trust and provide support to one another while going through the Recovery Rising journey together. During the series students are also provided with the time and space to explore self-esteem building techniques, inner child discovery, positive affirmations, free form dance, journaling,  guided meditations, painting and more. Recovery Rising aims to provide students with a variety of tools and ideas to support an easeful journey of healing and transformation. True change begins with in. What is the Oneness Blessing?

The Oneness Blessings are offered by donation~

The Oneness Blessing (Deeksha) is offered every Sunday evening by Mary Crnobori and Jill Spencer. It is considered a non-denominational experience that awakens our connection with the oneness in everything, allowing each of us to deepen our relationship with those we love, with ourselves, with strangers and with our creator.

The Oneness Blessing is also found to help in the healing of the body and in the discharge of repetitive emotional patterns, resulting in greater ease and comfort with oneself. In relationships it enables a greater sensitivity and connectedness with the other, freeing you from the limitations of your judgments and conditioning. Success and prosperity begins with consciousness – a capacity to expand your horizon of thinking and an understanding of the universe around you, the principles governing you. Open to everyone!

Prenatal Yoga

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or new to yoga, this class offers a solid practice for your pregnancy and beyond. With a focus on strong foundation and technique, you will move safely throughout the changes of pregnancy and after. We will build strength, endurance, flexibility, and resilience in the body to help prepare you for childbirth and recovery. All pregnant people are welcome in a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space. 

Free Prosperity Meditation

Prosperity can mean different things at different times in our lives, however, ultimately, prosperity  is being in the flow. It is most natural when a human being is comfortably sitting within a balanced state of giving and receiving, and there is plenty of energy at our access right when we need it.

This prosperity meditation was given by Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan, to activate the source of infinity within. It is practiced in a supportive, group environment, and is open to anyone who feels called to join. Many pop in to check it out, and some attend weekly. For the first few minutes, those who have been practicing the meditation regularly are encouraged to share their experience, and those who are new can listen and gain inspiration. We spend a total of 11 minutes meditating, and all are encouraged to take this practice home to experience the deepest possible effects.

Naam Yoga & Meditation

Naam Yoga is the practice of opening the heart, increasing intuition, and stimulating self-healing of the body and mind. Naam Yoga brings together many of the world's oldest and finest traditions. Yoga, meaning to yoke or to bind, is a system of uniting one's individual consciousness with Universal consciousness. Naam Yoga is a unique culmination of ancient eastern technologies, such as Kundalini yoga and Chinese medicine, along with Divine Spiritual Wisdom of the west, which helps to understand and work with the laws of the universe.
Your Naam Yoga practice will cultivate the fearlessness to face negativity and transmute it into positivity for yourself, others and the situations that you face.

                                                                                 Kundalini Chair Yoga

Kundalini Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible for many people who are aging or who have suffered injury or illness when doing yoga in a chair may be preferable.  You get the same great benefits of yoga without having to get on the mat.  No special attire is required but looser fitting clothes will not constrain your motion.  We meet you where you are.  You won’t be pushed, prodded or poked to bend into a pretzel.  It’s not a competition; it’s you reducing stress, increasing your vitality, elevating your mood, becoming mentally stronger, enhancing your outlook on life and gaining a sense of peace and calm.  Yoga helps us get a deeper, more restorative sleep, which is crucial to keeping our minds and bodies vigorous as we age.  As an outreach to the community that will benefit from this new offering the introductory cost of the chair yoga class is only $8.
