Inspired with a calling to serve, one might consider Candyce to be a doula of life's evolving passages. A Doula, coming from the ancient Greek meaning "a woman who serves", is one who offers physical & emotional support via providing nurturing guidance and information to birthing women. In these ever evolving times, experience lends that nurture and support play a vital role from day to day; from the smallest to the greatest of life's rituals. Passionate in her role of serving many women as a doula in the process of childbirth, Candyce eventually found herself in a Kundalini yoga class. Realizing the immense benefits of this practice, and eager to deepen her own practice, Candyce ventured on to complete her KRI certification in Kundalini Yoga; the perfect compliment to her passion for serving. Having been gifted a priceless education, orchestrated by the experience of motherhood, Candyce found herself learning, from her two wonderful daughters, the unique challenges of the changing times that seem to engulf and segregate our coming generations with a growing gap that requires a deeper, stronger sense of self & renewal. Desiring to support efforts to bridge this gap with compassion and the tools that Kundalini yoga provides, she aspires to one day have the ability to bring Kundalini yoga to our youth centers, schools and perhaps even to our juvenile systems and psychiatric hospitals. Moving away from outdated suppressants and fear, into a realm of sustainability through inspiration and courage to access our greatest potential with one another as well as with the environment that supports us. Thereby, giving our children the ability to realize their internal compass and technology that can help to navigate
I am a Level 2 Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and have devoted my life to the continuum of both personal practice as well as sharing the empowering teachings of Kundalini Yoga with anyone that is ready. My spiritual name, Sarab Sital, means 'one who brings complete peace to all". Beginning at a young age to immerse in various modalities of healing, Kundalini was an ultimate awakening in itself, one that has magnified all other spiritual teachings. No small thing, Kundalini is the force of all of Creation, and it is a profound honor and joy to share it with you. I guide and hold space for you to tap into this energy that lies within you; the energy that allows you to live your best life; your highest truth and potential, your ‘Sat Nam.’ When one brings a regular Kundalini Yoga practice into their life, change and healing is a gaurantee.
I co-founded Kundalini Rising Yoga with Kristianna Simmons in 2010 and became owner in 2012.
I received my Level 1 Certification from Kundalini Research Institute in 2007, completed Level 2 Certification in 2017, and studied extensively with Nam Hari Kaur in Tantric Numerology for many years. One of my passions is sound healing, and share regular offerings of Sound Immersion during the Full and New Moon phases, as well as a short gong session in each of my classes.
Zechariah completed his level one teacher training in 2018.
He discovered Kundalini Yoga from a VHS tape he found that was an introduction to the practice in 1999. But it wasn’t until 17 years later that he started a regular practice and began immediately noticing changes in himself that he previously thought impossible. Always having a love for theology and mysticism, he fell in love with both the exoteric and esoteric teachings of the Torah. After studying under a Rabbi and entering the mikveh waters (ritual immersion), he took on the Hebrew version of his birth name.
He felt a strong calling to teach the moment he started practicing Kundalini Yoga on a regular basis and found many parallels between this ancient practice and the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah.
He also has a passion for art and filmmaking. He is a huge animal lover and when he’s not teaching, he’s almost always surrounded by his canine friends.

I completed Kundalini Yoga Level One teacher training through KRI at Kundalini Rising Yoga in 2018
I found Kundalini yoga as a gift from my oldest daughter. Being a seeker, I was in search of a more intimate relationship with God. Always being aware of fitness and diet with a holistic approach to life, my oldest daughter thought Kundalini Yoga sounded like just the right thing for her mother (she found it through Groupon!).
My life has been more a blissful journey since redeeming that coupon. When I walked into Kundalini Rising for the first time, I knew I was home. Wahe guru! I look forward to sharing Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with you.
Originally from Ireland, Eileen’s background is in Textile and Clothing Design and Development. After 17 years in NY, where she worked in the garment industry, she moved to Nashville in 2006.
In 2012 she was lured “literally” into the world of Kundalini Yoga through the hypnotic and angelic music of Snatam Kaur. After 20 plus years of interest and study in metaphysics, Kundalini Yoga was the next deep exploration on her spiritual path and immediately felt like Home to her.
In 2016 her fascination and desire to learn more about this sacred science led her to teacher training. She graduated in April 2017.
Calling herself a “reluctant leader’ she is now embracing the role of Teacher and is so grateful and honored to share these sacred teachings with all who seek to experience them.
Eileen grew up singing in Ireland and immediately felt at home chanting these sacred mantras. Feeling the call of the ancients she continues to meld the worlds of the Celts and the Yogis through singing and music.
Her other interests and passions include the Earth, its beings and their welfare, women’s empowerment & social justice.
Stacy began her journey with the practice of yoga when she started preparing her mind and body for the arrival of her first child, 15 years ago. The personal growth that took place led her to continue the practice and eventually travel to India in 2014 to complete a Hatha Yoga Teacher training certification. Throughout this time, Stacy continued to reach higher levels of positive growth, but still felt like she had not found the true essence that she longed to unearth. It was upon her return to Nashville that she attended her first Kundalini yoga class, and it was then that she knew she had unearthed her true calling. When Yogi Bhajan came to the United States in 1969, he made it clear that he came to train teachers not to gather disciples. That was a message Stacy could get behind. Finally she found a technology that relied on discipline, humility, practice, and personal experience. A come as you are, and claim your birthright kind of practice. Through the sound current of the naad and the pranayama, she found this to be a more deeply spiritual practice capable of complete transformation. She found through her own personal experience that elements practiced in Kundalini yoga could activate internal, physiological, and spiritual transformations by using asana, meditation, and the chanting of mantra.
Accepting the call to become a teacher, she completed the Kundalini teacher training in 2017. It changed her life and therefore created waves of positive change throughout all the lives of those she loved. Her children have grown more and more independent, and the successful business her husband owns is now a source of pride for them all. Stacy feels now is the time to reach beyond her own small family and try to bring these amazing ancient teachings to others in Nashville, so that we can all walk with dignity and courage through these challenging times, helping one another on our journeys towards wholeness.
