Nash is a teacher of kundalini yoga and meditation as well as other sound, healing and meditation arts. After accidentally discovering kundalini yoga and meditation in Brooklyn New York, Nash began practicing and witnessed the pivotal energetic and consciousness transformations unfold.

Bethany was raised in upstate New York in a very religious family. Growing up she had a deep love of God, but always felt something was off with what she was being taught. She had mystical experiences at an early age in which she was shown that “God” was much greater than one holy book or lineage.
At age 19 Bethany started to explore different spiritual paths and teachings. She was disillusioned with the greed of the U.S. and spent large portions of the next decade living in Nicaragua working in orphanages.

Carlee began teaching Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation in 2005 after receiving her certification through Integral Yoga in New York City. After studying under a Rabbi and entering the mikveh waters (ritual immersion), he took on the Hebrew version of his birth name.
He felt a strong calling to teach the moment he started practicing Kundalini Yoga on a regular basis and found many parallels between this ancient practice and the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah.
He also has a passion for art and filmmaking. He is a huge animal lover and when he’s not teaching, he’s almost always surrounded by his canine friends.
Daphne McIntosh (Shanti Rama Kaur)
Daphne completed her Kundalini Yoga Instructor training in Nashville, TN. She is a RN, Reiki Master, Intuitive Healer, Tarot Card Reader, certified health coach, former licensed massage therapist of twelve years and former home birth midwife of nine years. She’s always had a passion for helping others and now she’s felt led to teach. Kundalini has brought about healing her physically, spiritually, and expanding her mind.
Daphne has spent time traveling full-time in a RV with her husband, three children, and dog for the past three and a half years exploring the US. For fun, she gets outside everyday to enjoy nature, reads, cooks(a lot!), gets messy with art with her kids, and is a life-long learner.
Inspired with a calling to serve, one might consider Candyce to be a doula of life's evolving passages. A Doula, coming from the ancient Greek meaning "a woman who serves", is one who offers physical & emotional support via providing nurturing guidance and information to birthing women. In these ever evolving times, experience lends that nurture and support play a vital role from day to day; from the smallest to the greatest of life's rituals. I have been dedicated to teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation since 2007. Also a Reiki Master (since 2000), and Sound Healer (since 2011), I share regular offerings of group Sound Immersion regularly, and often during the Full and New Moon phases, as well as a short gong session in each of my classes.

Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. Yoga is creating space free from obstacles in your own body to live. Yoga is freedom and release. I am here to help others find this release so that they can comfortable and competently move their bodies through life.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
As a former athlete I love to be active and moving taking my dogs for hikes, in the gym, stretching , reading and of course eating good food. Life's to short so let's live to the fullest, love the hardest and dream big.
